My products haven't arrived

Oh no! We all love our YL products and it can be disappointing when they don't arrive on time.

This is an issue with the Young Living delivery department. Life Steps has no connection to or access to your orders, order status, or shipping info.

For information about your order you will need to access your YL Virtual Office (click here) and visit their Support Center for answers to questions about your orders.

1. Navigate to your YL VO: Virtual Office.

2. Log in using your Member ID and password

3. Click "Live Help" in the top of the screen.
