Why can't I login?

Life Steps uses your Young Living member number and password as a login. So when you log in to the app, you need to use those credentials.


If you are having trouble, please double-check that you can log in to Young Living using the same credentials you're using for Life Steps.


You can try resetting your password on the Young Living website, and then coming back to Life Steps to try again.
