Many common issues have answers right here in the Help Center. Use the Search Bar at the top of the home page to find an article about the issue you're having.

Or browse the categories from the Home Page to see if there is an article that might use slightly different wording, but will help you with the issue.

Look through "Help" in Resources in the app

We've added some helpful articles right in the Life Steps app, so you don't have to go anywhere to find the info you need.

Tap Resources > Browse Categories > Help

If you run into an error or just need a little help navigating something in the app, our Support team is available to help you solve any issues that come up. And contacting them from the app is easy!

1. Open the "My Account" menu with the button in the top left corner.

2. Tap the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the screen.
