My new member isn’t showing up in my Contacts


Log out and log back in

It’s possible your app simply needs to refresh. To do this, log out of the Life Steps app from the My Account menu, then log back in.


Still Updating

It can take up to 24 hours for our system to sync with the YL database. Please allow some time for this update to take place.


Registered under another Life Steps user

Our system automatically assigns new YL members to the closest Life Steps PRO user or the Enroller. In this case, you can add the member using their YL Member ID using these steps: Individual Import.
