Why are the Contact details for my Contact different from YL?


When we first create a Contact from your YL downline, we import the contact details from YL. Often times the User who is in touch with the Contact will have the most up-to-date or most useful contact details as they are regularly in touch with the Contact.

If a Contact changes their data with YL we do not update your Life Steps Contact details with this new information, as it may not be the best contact info for your Contact.

You can easily change the details for any Contact:

1. Find their name in the Contact List and tap it.

2. Tap the "Edit" button in the top right corner.

3. Make the desired changes and tap "Save" in the top right corner. That’s it!
