Why do some Contacts have the "Customer" and "Brand Partner" checklist question?

A big step in anyone's YL journey is becoming a Brand Partner. Many members will be Customers long before they decide to become a Brand Partner and some are ready to jump in right away.

So that you can always be ready to be a helpful supporters, you will see the option to "Begin the Brand Partner Checklist" in all of Contacts' Checklists that are Customers, in addition to Brand Partners. When you are ready to help them walk through this process you can simply mark that Contact Task complete and you'll be supplied with an expert-curated list of helpful Contact Tasks.

Remember that knowing when and what to say to your team member requires a personal touch. Knowing which Tasks may or may not be helpful to your team member and when they might be the most helpful is part of being an active supporter.
