Don't worry! There are several reasons this may have happened and simple ways to sort it out.
It can take up to 24 hours for our system to sync with the YL database. Please allow some time for this update to take place.
Differing Contact Details
When we sync your Contacts with member data from YL we compare the contact details to your Prospects. If any of the info matches (e.g. phone number, email) we convert your Prospect into a Member.
We don't want to unintentionally erase a Prospect so, if there is a discrepancy, we will leave the Prospect and create a Member Contact.
In this case you can simply:
- Look for a duplicate Contact that is registered as a Member.
- Delete the Prospect if a corresponding Member Contact is in your list.
